StyleNugget provides its services to you subject to the following Terms of Service. StyleNugget reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of these Terms of Service(“TOS”) at any time without further notice. You shall not remove, obscure, or alter any notices or links (e.g., links to StyleNugget’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use) on the Website or any of its features or tools or other Services.

You may download or copy the Content, and other items displayed on the Services for download, for personal non-commercial use only, provided that you maintain all copyright and other notices contained in such Content. You shall not store any significant portion of any Content in any form. In the course of using the Services, you and other users may provide information which may be used by StyleNugget in connection with the Services and which may be visible to certain other users. You understand that by posting information, images, video, blogs, or other content (“User Submissions”) on the Services or otherwise providing User Submissions to StyleNugget or in connection with the Services, StyleNugget hereby is and shall be granted a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable right to fully exploit such User Submissions (including all related intellectual property rights) and to allow others to do so, however, StyleNugget will only share personally identifiable information that you have not made publicly available in accordance with StyleNugget’s current privacy policy.

Furthermore, you understand that StyleNugget retains the right to reformat, modify, create derivative works of, excerpt, and translate any User Submissions submitted by you. You understand that all information publicly posted or privately transmitted through the Services is the sole responsibility of the person from which such content originated and that StyleNugget will not be liable for any errors or omissions in any content. You understand that StyleNugget cannot guarantee the identity of any other users with whom you may interact in the course of using the Services. StyleNugget shall have no obligation to monitor any User Submissions, however, StyleNugget and its agents reserve the right to monitor User Submissions from time to time and may remove or block any User Submissions on or accessible through the Services, including disabling access to User Submissions that you have downloaded through the Services.

INTERNATIONAL USE

Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the country in which you reside.

REGISTRATION DATA AND ACCOUNT SECURITY
